the staff & the cleanliness
the room was a little bit small, there is no even a small refrigerator inside. the pool was out of order during our stay (10 days). problem of mosquitos starting every evening even in the restaurant. the Hotel couldn't help us to rent a car.

Good value for money on the outskirts of Seville.
Good value for money. Quiet and large room. Train station not too far away.
Not very central and too many options for food on a Sunday night. The restaurant charged us a service charge for a takeaway which my friend was not happy about.

Terrible
Staff, the staff where the only thing I liked about this property.
I was really surprised to see they had an ancient likely moorish theme garden in the back completely abandoned and also looks like the sewerage outlets are there… the music in the fake grassed bar area was obnoxious, the breakfast was terrible 1 gluten free option and all the fruit was days if not weeks old. All the facilities need some attention.

Where do I start? No communication with breakfast waitress had to just get on with it ourselves, dated bathroom although new design tiles no Bath or sink replacement so half a job done.
